またたまさかの日曜

夕方に夕立がある

暑かった日が涼んだ

長らく会っていなかった友人に会い

うまいステーキをごちそうになる

彼の残された時間が短くなっていることに気がつく

死に近い人を感じる時

周りはなんだか皆爪先立ってしまう

死んでいくということは

普通に語れるほうが良い

そして逃げる事無く

最後まで見届けるのが良い

と思う

Had a great steak with an old friend

Known him since I first begun my business

Such a generous soul

He is not doing too well

Carrying around a tank of oxygen

Don't tip toe around him

Dare not run from it

Stick around to the end

Living is a damn lonely hard work

It will be good to someday leave the world

With a few friends thinking of you
