We accept Visa, Discover, Master & Amex cards. If you would like to use another method of payment, please contact us.
Please note. If the billing address does not match the address, under which your credit card is registered, the transaction will not go through. Please make sure to put "billing address" in the billing address section!
shipping & handling
Handling is included in the shipping.
The US domestic shipments are handled with UPS or USPS services. This is a flat rate. (based on 1 lb. package)

Please kindly note the following.
For all shipments, the shipping cost may be higher if the weight of the package is heavier or if the products do not fit in a flat rate envelope/box. We will recalculate & charge the difference at the time of the final invoice.
We cannot be responsible for replacing or refunding if a package is not located at said delivered location after delivery was confirmed by UPS or USPS system.
We cannot be responsible for brokers fee or duty tax, which may occur for international shipments.

discount
There is a 5% discount for an order over $100.00. 10% discount for an order over $200.00. Those discounts are applied to only yarns. (but not for sale yarns, textiles or any other products)
confirmation
An automatic confirmation will be e-mailed to you immediately. If there is any item, which is out of stock or in different size, we will contact you by phone or e-mail before processing the order. You will not be charged for those items in back order until they are shipped to you.
international duty, tax & fee
Please note that we cannot be responsible for any customs duty, tax or broker fee for the international shipments.
winding service
We offer a winding service. It is $2.50 for the initial skein. $0.75/skein will be applied for each additional skein on the same cone.
Following yarns involve a double winding (wind it onto a wooden cone by hand first and then to a cone), so the winding charge is more.

delivery time
Please allow approx. 3-10 days for a regular delivery from the confirmation. If there is a long delay we will contact you immediately.
return policy
All fabric purchases are final. No return is absolutely accepted.
Please let us know if you would like to return or exchange the item (other than fabrics) within 1 week from the receipt of the order. We do not accept any returns or exchanges after that. Please note that there is also a 25% restocking charge unless the reason for the return/exchange is due to our mistake or a damage during the transit.
We cannot accept return or exchange for the sale items.

An approx. 35-page sample book is available. This book will show the actual samples of each yarn we carry.
