Thank you for your interest in our products. Following are the conditions for working with us.

minimum

Starting minimum order is $1000. Re-order minimum is $300. Please note that if you have a “running order” (like a bar tab…) with us, the re-order minimum is not applied.

re-order

Please do note that if there is no re-order over 1 year from the last order, the wholesale order status expires, so if you want to start with us again, please kindly note that the starting minimum will be applied again.

re-sale certificate

If you are a US customer, please provide us with the resale number at the time of the order. It is not required for foreign customers.

shipping cost

The prices do not include domestic or international shipping cost.

shipping method

The US shipments are handled with UPS ground or USPS priority services. The international shipments are handled with USPS priority or express services. If you prefer another method, please let us know at the time of the order.

delivery time

Please allow approx. 3-8 weeks for the delivery from the time of the order. The re-orders are generally shipped sooner.

terms

We unfortunately cannot extend terms. Please give us a credit card information at the time of the order. The card will be charged as the order ships out to you. If you prefer a check, we will require a half deposit down at the time of the order.

payment method

We accept Visa, Discover, Master & Amex cards.

return policy

We absolutely cannot and do not accept any return on wholesale orders unless there is a pre-existing damage to the yarns or mistake in the orders.

international duty, tax & fee

Please note that we cannot be responsible for any customs duty, tax or broker fee for the international shipments.

price change

Prices are subject to change without notice. Please check with us for the most current prices. Please also note that a few items on the price list are not with 50% discount.

non-wholsale items

Please also kindly note that not all the items we carry are available for wholesale.

Please e-mail us for the information. Our trunk show comes with an extra baggage - "me". It is unusual and very popular. I will explain.
