aos-20 | "o-aka" ramie fiber

"o-aka" is a short left over ramie fiber, which comes out when ramie is split and twisted tied into a long continuous thread. (Please take a look at AOS-17) They are too short to become a quality thread, but is still perfectly fine for spinning into a yarn. Nothing is wasted. In the olden days, they were chopped up and mixed into mud to create the mud walls for traditional houses, which created a beautiful pattern within the wall.
